摘 要:针对基于CFD方法的水陆两栖飞机船体线型优化可行性的问题,根据MVP水陆两栖飞机的线型资料设计得到一个带鳍式浮筒的水陆两栖飞机初始线型,并使用STAR-CCM+软件对飞机的单船身模型进行静水面滑行仿真,计算得到模型在各个速度下的水阻力、纵倾角及升沉,对该型飞机的水阻力性能和稳定性进行分析改进及优化计算,并将优化计算结果与模型试验进行比对。分析结果显示,最终优化后的模型水阻力系数较原型减小0.4,滑行稳定性得到较大提升,数值计算结果与试验值高度吻合,且计算云图中呈现的流动现象与实际试验也具有良好的一致性。仿真计算结果与试验值的对比表明,采用所提出的方法进行水陆两栖飞机船体线型优化设计可行。Aiming at the feasibility of hull form optimization of amphibious aircraft based on CFD method,a seaplane with fin pontoon was designed based on the form data of MVP amphibious aircraft.The aircraft model gliding on the clam water was simulated in STAR-CCM+software to calculate the corresponding water resistance,trim angle and heave at various speeds.The water resistance performance and stability of the seaplane were analyzed,improved and optimized,and the optimized results were compared with the model tests.The results showed that the water resistance coefficient of the final optimized model is 0.4 lower than that of the prototype,and the sliding stability is greatly improved;the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental values,and the flow field information captured by the calculation contours map is also in good agreement with the experimental phenomena.So the proposed method is feasible to optimize the hull form of seaplane.
