膀胱非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性膀胱淋巴瘤的临床表现、诊断和治疗。方法:2016年2月收治1例原发性膀胱淋巴瘤患者,以排尿不畅、伴尿频、尿急为主诉就诊,结合文献报道,探讨此类膀胱肿瘤的诊断及预后。结果:患者结合膀胱镜、病理及免疫组化检查,术后病理报告为膀胱弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,采用CHOP方案化疗2疗程,复查未见膀胱占位,再予CHOP方案巩固2疗程,随访至今,患者一般情况良好。结论:原发性膀胱弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤为膀胱恶性肿瘤的一种,根据免疫组化结果选择合适的治疗方案,可提高患者的生存率及预后。Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of primary bladder lymphoma.Methods:A patient with poor urination,frequent urination,and urgency was diagnosed by primary bladder lymphoma in February 2016.Combined with literature reports,the diagnosis and prognosis of such bladder tumors were investigated.Results:Patients with cystoscopy,pathology and immunohistochemistry examination,postoperative pathology report for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the bladder,two courses of chemotherapy with CHOP regimen were used,no cysts were seen in the review,and the CHOP regimen was used to consolidate two courses.The patients were generally in good condition after follow-up.Conclusions:Primary bladder diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is a kind of bladder malignant tumor.According to the results of immunohistochemistry,the appropriate treatment plan is selected to improve the survival rate and prognosis of patients.
