摘　　要：跨国公司与发展中东道主政府之间是一种动态的讨价还价关系,双方在合作的框架体系中博弈。跨国公司和东道主的利益分配能力取决于各自的讨价还价能力,而讨价还价能力随着双方所掌握的资源和全球政治经济形势不断演化。尽管跨国公司与东道主的相互依赖不断加深,但发展中东道主尚需加强对跨国公司的管理,进一步增强自身的讨价还价能力。There is a dynamic bargaining relationship between the multinational corporation and the host government in the developing world.Both sides play games in the framework of cooperation.The ability of mNE and host to allocate benefits depends on their bargaining power,which evolves with the resources at their disposal and the global political and economic situation.Despite the increasing interdependence between transnational corporations and host countries,developing host countries still need to strengthen the management of transnational corporations and further enhance their bargaining power.
