摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情暴露了传统生鲜商超供应链响应性不足和生鲜电商供应链供应能力不足的缺陷。以生鲜零售有效供给为目标,提出了一种基于大数据及消费者个性化需求为导向的生鲜零售整合供应链,并阐述了该供应链一体化整合、大规模定制以及冷链物流等三个方面的特征。The Covid-2019 Pandemic has exposed the poor supply chain responsiveness of the traditional fresh food suppliers and the lack of supply capacity of the fresh food e-commerce suppliers. In this paper, to ensure the effective supply for retail sales of fresh food, we proposed a fresh food retail integrated supply chain based on big data and individualized consumer demand, and explained the characteristics of the supply chain in terms of integration, mass customization and cold chain logistics.
