基于职业能力培育的“认知+协岗+顶岗”分段实习模式改革

摘　　要：在梳理职业能力内涵及职业能力培养模式的基础上,提出"认知+协岗+顶岗"分段实习模式,通过分段实习的方式,让学生在实际职业真实情境下,渐进地提高其职业能力。On the basis of sorting out the connotation and cultivation model of occupational capability, we proposed the "cognition + copost + on-post" staged practice mode, through which the students can gradually improve their occupational capability in real occupational scenarios.
