摘　　要：新一轮产业革命的来临使得经济发展呈现网络化、智能化和数字化的新趋势,这一趋势将对物流服务业的现有模式产生巨大影响,信息技术(IT)等影响因素对物流服务业创新的作用机理亟待破解。以物流服务业为研究对象,探究企业IT能力对物流服务创新的影响及创新开放性在二者间的多种作用。研究发现:在物流服务业中,企业的内外部IT能力、内外部创新开放性均对服务创新产生正向影响。开放性不仅具有生成创新的能力,还能与IT能力相互作用,在IT能力和服务创新之间发挥多种作用:内外部IT能力通过内部开放性和外部开放性的多重中介效应作用于服务创新,且外部开放性的中介作用都显著高于内部开放性;外部创新开放性正向调节内部IT能力、外部IT能力对服务创新的影响;内部创新开放性正向调节内部IT能力对服务创新的影响,但对外部IT能力与服务创新的调节作用不显著。因此,物流服务企业应从内外部IT能力、组织开放性、IT能力影响服务创新路径三个方面来促进服务创新成功。The coming of a new round of industrial revolution makes the economic development present a new trend of network,intelligence and digitalization,which will have a huge impact on the existing mode of logistics service industry. The mechanism of how modern information technology(IT)and other influencing factors have impact on the innovation of logistics service industry needs to be solved. The author takes the logistics service industry as the research object to explore the impact of service enterprise IT capabilities on service innovation and the variety roles of innovation openness between them. The research finds that enterprises’ internal and external IT capabilities and the internal and external innovation openness have a positive impact on service innovation in logistics industry. The openness not only has the capability to generate innovation,but also interacts with IT capabilities,plays a variety roles between IT capabilities and service innovation:internal and external IT capabilities have impact on service innovation through multiple intermediary effects of internal and external openness,and the intermediary effects of external openness are significantly higher than internal openness;the openness of external innovation positively moderates the influence of internal IT capabilities and external IT capabilities on service innovation;and the openness of internal innovation positively moderates the influence of internal IT capabilities on service innovation,but it has no significant influence of external IT capabilities on service innovation. Therefore,logistics service enterprises should promote the success of service innovation from such three levels as internal and external IT capabilities,organizational openness,and the influence path of IT capabilities on service innovation.
