摘　　要：目的:探讨半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3)在尿素干预眼部静脉畸形组织中的表达情况。方法:选择2015年7月-2019年3月笔者医院收治的56例眼部静脉畸形患者作为研究组,并选择同期入院但眼部静脉组织正常的56例患者作为对照组,比较两组Galectin-3水平,并观察眼部静脉畸形患者经尿素干预后Galectin-3水平变化。结果:研究组患者的Galectin-3蛋白阳性表达率55.36%、Galectin-3 mRNA阳性表达率62.50%显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者经尿素干预后的Galectin-3蛋白阳性表达率35.71%、Galectin-3 mRNA阳性表达率42.86%显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼部静脉畸形组织中Galectin-3表达升高,经尿素干预可有效减轻Galectin-3水平,延缓眼部静脉畸形侵袭发展。Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin-3 in ocular venous malformation after urea intervention.Methods 56 patients with ocular venous malformation admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the research group,and 56 patients with normal ocular venous tissue admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The level of Galectin-3 was compared between the two groups,and the changes of Galectin-3 in patients with ocular venous malformation were observed after urea intervention.Results The positive expression rate of galectin-3 protein was 55.36%and the positive expression rate of galectin-3 mRNA was 62.50%in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of galectin-3 protein and positive expression rate of galectin-3 mRNA in the study group after urea intervention were 35.71%and 42.86%,which were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Galectin-3 expression is increased in ocular venous malformation tissues,and urea intervention can effectively reduce Galectin-3 and delay the invasion and development of ocular venous malformation.
