摘  要:目的:观察骨形成蛋白修饰后的种植体对牙列缺损种植临床疗效的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2017年12月笔者医院诊治的139例(共177颗牙)牙列缺损患者为研究对象,按牙列缺损种植术材料应用差异分为两组,合金对照组:共67例,83颗牙,行常规钛合金材料牙列缺损种植术;蛋白观察组:共72例,94颗牙,行骨形成蛋白复合材料饰后的牙列缺损种植术。观察两组的临床主客观疗效指标及不良反应差异。结果:自觉疗效性指标(种植牙美观度、自觉语言功能改善度、自觉咀嚼功能改善度)和客观疗效性指标(牙龈健康指数、龈沟出血指数、牙菌斑沉积指数)比较,蛋白观察组均优于合金对照组(P<0.05);不良反应效率比较,蛋白观察组(5.32%)低于合金对照组(15.66%)(P<0.05);种植牙骨整合系数ISQ比较,蛋白观察组高于合金对照组(P<0.05)。临床整体疗效(有效率)比较,蛋白观察组(93.61%)高于合金对照组(83.13%)(P<0.05)。结论:与常规钛合金材料比较,骨形成蛋白复合材料应用于牙列缺损种植修复的疗效显著,不仅具有较高安全性,而且在提升患者自觉满意度方面效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) composite in dental implant treatment.Methods From January to December 2017,139 patients with dentition defect were divided into two groups:conventional material group (67 cases,83 teeth,conventional alloy material dental defect implantation) and protein material group (72 cases,94 teeth,bone morphogenetic protein composite dental defect implantation).The differences of clinical efficacy,patients’self-conscious satisfaction,efficacy-related measurement indicators and oral adverse reactions were compared.Results Compared with the objective therapeutic index (gingival health index,gingival sulcus hemorrhage index and plaque deposition index),the conscious therapeutic index (dental implant aesthetics,conscious language function improvement,conscious mastication function improvement) and the objective therapeutic index (gingival health index,gingival sulcus hemorrhage index,dental plaque deposition index) of the protein observation group were better than the alloy control group (P<0.05),and the adverse reaction efficiency of the protein observation group (5.32%) was lower than that of the alloy control group (15.66%)(P<0.05).Compared with ISQ,the bone integration coefficient in protein observation group was higher than that in alloy control group (P<0.05).Compared with the overall clinical efficacy (effective rate),the protein observation group (93.61%) higer the alloy control group (83.13%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional titanium alloy materials,bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) composite materials have remarkable efficacy and safety in dental defect implant repair,and significant effect in self-satisfaction.
