摘 要:目的:探讨半导体激光与Beyond冷光在四环素牙齿美白中的疗效。方法:选择120例四环素牙患者,配对比较法分为激光组和冷光组,每组60例,对比两组治疗后的色阶提升、美白满意度、复发情况及毒副作用。结果:激光组和冷光组患者在色阶提升5个及以上和低于2个的占比分别为33.33%和48.33%、28.33%和11.67%,比较均存在统计学意义(P<0.05),在色阶提高3~4个占比比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);激光组和冷光组患者美白满意度分别为93.33%和73.33%,激光组美白满意度较冷光组更好(P<0.05);激光组患者6个月和12个月的牙齿再复发率为1.67%和3.33%,冷光组为5.00%和8.33%,激光组较冷光组更低(P<0.05);两组患者均出现不同人数的牙齿敏感和刺激牙龈,发生人数的百分比为11.67%和10.00%,两组发生人数相似(P>0.05)。结论:半导体激光治疗四环素牙患者美白满意度高,色阶提升度和复发率好于Beyond冷光方法,但半导体激光和Beyond冷光美白均具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate the clean effect of semiconductor laser and Beyond cold light in tetracycline tooth whitening.Methods The patients with 120 flavonoids admitted to this study were divided into two groups:laser group and luminescence group,60 cases in each group.The color tone enhancement,whitening satisfaction,recurrence and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results In the laser group and the luminescence group,the proportion of the gradation increase of more than 5 and less than 2was 33.33 and 48.33,28.33 and 11.67,respectively (P<0.05),and the gradation increased by 3-4.The ratio of whitening satisfaction was 93.33% and 73.33% in the laser group and the luminescence group,respectively.The laser group was higher in the two groups (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of teeth in the laser group was 1.67% and 3.33% at 6 months and 12 months,5.0% and 8.33 in the cold light group,and the lower luminescence group in the laser group (P<0.05).Both groups had different degrees of tooth sensitivity and irritated gums,with incidence rates of 11.67% and 10.00%,respectively.The two groups were meaningless (P>0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser treatment of tetracycline patients with high whitening satisfaction,higher color gradation than Beyond luminescence method,the two treatment methods are safe,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
