减数前磨牙联合微型种植体支抗矫正安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形的美容效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨减数前磨牙联合微型种植体支抗矫正安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形的美容效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2017年12月在笔者医院进行安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形的76例患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组:采用减数前磨牙的治疗方案;研究组:在对照组的基础上联合采用微型种植体支抗进行矫正。比较两组患者畸形矫正情况以及治疗前后头影软组织与牙齿的相关指标。结果:76例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形患者治疗后,研究组的总改善人数为35例,对照组为29例。研究组治疗总改善率为92.1%,高于对照组的76.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形患者进行矫正的过程中,采用减数前磨牙与微型种植体支抗联合的方案,能够促使患者的临床特征得到显著改善,建立较为良好的咬合关系,美容效果较好。Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of reduction premolars combined with microimplant anchorage on orthodontic Angle ClassⅡ Division 1 malocclusion.Methods 76 patients with Angle ClassⅡ Division 1 malocclusion were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with reduction of premolars,and the study group was treated with microimplant anchorage on the basis of the control group.The two groups of patients were compared with the correction of deformity and the related indexes of soft tissue of head shadow and teeth before and after treatment.Results After different treatment,it was found that among the 76 patients with Angle class Ⅱ class 1 malocclusion,the total number of improvement was 35 in the study group and 29 in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.1%,higher than76.3% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion To the Angle ClassⅡ Division 1 malocclusion of deformity patients to correct process,adopts the reduction premolar implants and micro joint scheme,would help get improved significantly,the clinical features of patients with established relatively good occlusal relationship,facial appearance more beautiful,the cosmetic effect is relatively good,good for clinical application and promotion.
