摘　　要：化工类职业院校教师的师德师行师表素养是培养行业内高素质人才的关键,也是现代化工行业精神文明建设的基石。借助形象礼仪培训可有效提升化工类职业院校教师师德师行师表素养。本文探讨了化工类职业院校教师形象礼仪培训重要性、现状和培训对策等方面,以期为职业院校教师素质培训提供一些参考意见。The morality, quality and behavior of teachers in chemical vocational colleges is the key to ensure the talents of high quality in vocational colleges,and it is also the cornerstone of the construction of spiritual civilization in modern chemical industry. With the help of image etiquette training, morality, quality and behavior of teachers can be effectively improved. In this paper, we discussed several aspects, including its importance, current situation and training countermeasures. We earnestly hope that this study will better provide some reference in training of teachers in chemical vocational colleges.
