摘  要:针对双级矩阵变换器-永磁同步电机系统传统的直接转矩控制策略中存在输入电流质量差、转矩和磁链波动较大的问题,以双级矩阵变换器的整流级和逆变级作为研究对象,提出一种占空比优化控制策略。首先,分别对整流级和逆变级矢量进行坐标分解,得到电流矢量对无功电荷量、电压矢量对转矩和磁链的影响表达式,据此得到相对应的影响因子分布图;然后,以整流级的无功电荷量、逆变级的转矩和磁链作为控制目标,通过运用占空比平均值法实现单位周期内被控量误差最小化,从而得到整流级与逆变级有效矢量与零矢量的作用时间,实现对转矩、磁链和无功电荷量的精确控制。仿真结果证明,所提优化策略可使转矩和磁链波动减小,输入电流波形质量得到改善,具有良好的动静态特性,验证了理论分析的正确性与有效性。In allusion to the problems of poor quality of input current and large fluctuation of torque and flux linkage existing in the traditional direct torque control(DTC)strategy of two-stage matrix converter(TSMC)permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)system,a duty cycle optimization control strategy is proposed by taking rectifier stage and inverter stage of TSMC as the research objects.In the optimized strategy,the vector coordinates of rectifier stage and inverter stage are decomposed respectively,the impact expressions of current vector on reactive charge and voltage vector on torque and flux linkage are obtained,and the corresponding impact factor distribution diagrams are obtained.The reactive charge quantity of rectifier stage,and the torque and flux linkage of inverter stage are taken as control objectives,the duty ratio average method is used to minimize the error of controlled quantity in a unit period,and then obtain the action time of the effective vector and zero vector of rectifier stage and inverter stage,so as to control the torque,flux linkage and reactive charge accurately.The simulation results show that the torque and flux linkage fluctuation of the proposed optimization system are reduced,its waveform quality of input current is improved,so the system is of good dynamic and static characteristics.The correctness and rationality of the theoretical analysis are proved.
