摘 要:念动训练是体育学教育中广泛应用的一种方法,但在健美操教育中的效果仍有待考察.本研究基于念动训练视角,结合高校女大学生健美操选修课程进行了实验设计,通过单因素准自然实验设计,经过为期12周的比对教学实验,分析参与实验的40名女大学生在课程得分和艺术表现力两方面的差别,并利用结构方程分析了艺术表现力的中介作用.研究结果表明,在高校健美操教学中引入念动训练,能够显著提高女大学生的课程得分和艺术表现力,而传统的“讲授-习得”式教学对提升女子大学生艺术表现力效果不明显.此外,艺术表现力是念动训练对课程得分产生影响的中介渠道,中介效应占比为41.23%.Mindfulness training is a widely used method in physical education,but its effect on calisthen⁃ics education remains to be investigated.This study based on the perspective of cognitive training,com⁃bined with the female university students in colleges and universities aerobics has carried on the design of experiment courses,through the single factor between natural experiment design,comparing after 12 weeks of teaching experiment,analysis in 40 female college students in the course of experiments,and the difference between the two aspects of artistic expression,and by using structural equation analysis of the intermediary role of artistic expression.The results show that the introduction of reading and moving train⁃ing in aerobics college teaching can significantly improve the course scores and artistic expression of fe⁃male college students,while the traditional“teaching-acquisition”teaching can not improve the artistic expression of female college students.In addition,artistic expression is an intermediary channel through which mind-movement training has an impact on course score,and the mediating effect accounts for 41.23%.
