摘　　要：介绍了灌南县食用菌产业布局和栽培种类,并对灌南县产量最大、工厂化栽培水平最高的杏鲍菇、金针菇、双孢蘑菇等菇类工厂化栽培技术进行了综述。基于食用菌产业生产方式和技术的变革趋势,分析了灌南县食用菌产业存在的主要问题,对灌南县食用菌产业的发展方向进行了展望。Industrial distribution and cultivated species of edible fungi in Guannan were introduced,and the industrialized cultivation techniques of mushrooms(Pleurotus eryngii,Flammulina velutipes and Agaricus bisporus)with the largest yield and the highest cultivation level were reviewed.Based on the trends of production modes and technologies,the main problems of edible fungi industries in Guannan were analyzed.Simultaneously,the development directions of edible fungi industries were prospected.
