新型职业农民培育的现状·主要问题及对策研究

摘　　要：新型职业农民是具有新观念、新素质、新能力、较强创新创业意识、高度社会责任感和较高社会地位的农业从业人员。大力培育新型职业农民是提高农业生产力,促进现代农业转型升级,实现农业现代化的迫切需要。讨论新型职业农民的内涵,分析新型职业农民培育的现状和存在的主要问题,最后提出加强新型职业农民培育的对策。The new professional farmers are agricultural employees with new ideas,new qualities,new abilities,strong awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,a high sense of social responsibility and a higher social status.Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers is an urgent need to improve agricultural productivity,to promote the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture,and to realize agricultural modernization.We discussed the connotation of new professional farmers,analyzed the current status and main problems of cultivating new professional farmers,and fianlly put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the cultivation of new professional farmers.
