摘　　要：实验室安全文化建设是高校教学科研有序、高效开展,学生成人成才的保障。本文结合长江大学实验室安全文化建设的新举措,从多部门联动体检、层次化和模块化教学、"以人为本"的自我管理和今后的建设方向等方面阐述了地方高校实验室文化建设的实践和"以教育为主,关怀服务和安全体检为辅"、"以文化促管理"的管理理念,以期为双一流背景下,地方高校的实验室安全管理提供实践经验和理论指导。laboratory safety culture construction would ensure that education and scientific research orderly and efficiently develop,and college students achieve success.New measure of Yangtze University in laboratory safety culture construction,and practice in multi-sector examination,multi-level and modular teaching model,"people-oriented"self-management and future construction direction,and management philosophy of"education combined with care services and safety check"and"culture promoting management"were described in this research,that has provided practical experience and theoretical guidance for laboratory safety management in local universities under the background of"double top"construction.
