摘 要:目的:探究红麻叶饲用价值,研究红麻叶对白山羊生长性能和屠宰性能、羊肉品质的影响;方法:本试验将60只安徽白山羊随机分成3组,在常规饲喂基础上分别添加红麻叶(红麻组)、同等分量的苜蓿和红麻叶组(混合组)、苜蓿组(对照组)。结果:与苜蓿对照组相比较,红麻组的料重比为11.09,极显著低于其他两组;屠宰率为41.39%,极显著高于苜蓿组;肉色、pH、剪切力和熟肉率与其他两组差异均不显著;粗脂肪含量显著高于混合组,极显著高于苜蓿组,总灰分含量极显著低于混合组和苜蓿组,水分和蛋白质含量无显著差异。结论:红麻叶能够改善山羊的生长性能和屠宰性能,并对山羊肉的品质无不良影响,能够替代普通苜蓿青饲料用于山羊的日常生产中。Objective:To explore feeding value of kenaf leaves,and to study the effect of the tender stems and leaves of kenaf leaves on the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of goats.Methods:60 Anhui White goats were divided into 3 groups randomly.Add kenaf leaves(kenaf group),equal parts of alfalfa and kenaf leaves(mixed group),and alfalfa(control group)respectively on the basis of feed.The feeding value among groups were compared.Results:It was showed that the feed-weight ratio of the kenaf group was 11.09,which was significantly lower than that of the other two groups.The slaughter rate was 41.39%,which was very significantly higher than that of the alfalfa group.And the difference of meat color,pH,shearing force and cooked meat rate between kenaf group and the other two groups was not significant.The crude fat content was significantly higher than the mixed group,very significantly higher than the alfalfa group.The total ash content was significantly lower than the mixed group and the alfalfa group,no significant difference in moisture and protein content.Conclusion:The result shows that the tender stems and leaves of kenaf leaves could improve the growth performance and slaughter performance of goats,and have no adverse effect on the quality of goat meat,and can replace ordinary forage for daily production of goats.
