近十年中医药PBL教学的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对中国知网数据库录入内容的检索和聚类分析,探讨中医药基于问题的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学近10年的研究现状与热点。方法:采用文献计量学的方法对2009年1月1日-2013年12月31日和2014年1月1日-2018年12月31日中国知网数据库中收录的中医药PBL教学方面的文献进行分析,并分别应用书目共现分析系统软件(BICOMB)及SPSS对文献资料进行多维聚类分析。结果:在中国知网数据库中,中医药PBL教学方面的文献分别为155篇和234篇,关键词分别为532个和835个。多维聚类分析结果显示,前5年中医药PBL教学文献研究热点主要在教学改革的探讨、PBL与LBL教学效果的比较、中医内外妇科的PBL教学、方剂学温病学的PBL教学这几个方面,后5年与前5年相比,出现了一些新的热点,如中医护理学中医骨伤科学的PBL教学、中医院校西医课程的PBL教学等。结论:中医药PBL教学近10年来的研究更加深入,研究的学科更加广泛,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore the research status and hotspots of PBL teaching in TCM medicine in the past 10 years by retrieval and cluster analysis of CNKI.Methods:January 1,2009-December 31,2013 and January 1,2014-December 31,2018.The literature on TCM medicine PBL teaching included in CNKI was analyzed by bibliometrics.Bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system software(BICOMB)and SPSS were applied respectively,and the literature data was analyzed by multidimensional clustering.The results of multi-dimensional cluster analysis show that in the first 5 years,the research focus of TCM medicine PBL teaching literature includes:the discussion of teaching reform,comparison of PBL and LBL teaching effects,PBL teaching in TCM internal medicine,TCM surgery and TCM gynecology,and PBL teaching of formulaology and seasonal febrile diseases.Compared with the previous 5 years,some new hot spots have appeared in the last 5 years,such as PBL teaching of TCM medicine nursing and TCM medicine orthopedics,PBL teaching of TCM and Western medicine courses in TCM hospitals.Conclusion:The research of PBL teaching in TCM medicine in the past 10 years has been more in-depth,and the research subjects are more extensive,which deserves to be promoted.
