摘  要:针对目前汽车连接器制造行业PIN针高度信息难以获取这一问题,设计了一种汽车连接器PIN针高度信息检测系统。系统采用3D Gocator激光线扫型传感器结合EyeVision软件编程,设计了多重积分定点算法提高激光定位精度,实现了对汽车连接器PIN针高度的高精度检测。实验结果表明,该检测系统达到预期的设计效果,能够精确地检测出PIN针的高度信息。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain the PIN height information of the current automotive connector manufacturing industry, a system for detecting the PIN height of automotive connectors is designed. The system used a 3D Gocator laser line scan sensor combined with EyeVision software programming, and designed a multiple integral fixed-point algorithm to find the center-ofgravity coordinates of the target object, thereby achieving high-precision detection of the PIN height of the car connector. Experimental results show that the detection system achieves the expected design effect and can accurately detect the height information of the PIN.
