自制中药健脾清解汤对慢性胃炎患者的疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中药医治慢性胃炎的应用价值。方法:选取2016年6年-2019年6月于我院医治的慢性胃炎患者105例,随机分为两组,中药组53例,给予自制中药健脾清解汤治疗,西药组52例,给予常规西药治疗,观察对比两组的临床疗效、中医症状积分、生活质量评分、血清白细胞介素8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗后中药组的临床疗效总体有效率明显高于西药组(P<0.05);治疗后中药组患者的中医症状积分明显低于西药组(P<0.05);中药组患者的生活质量评分明显高于西药组(P<0.05);治疗后中药组患者血清IL-8、TNF-α水平均明显低于西药组(P<0.05);治疗后中药的不良反应发生率显著低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自制中药健脾清解汤医治慢性胃炎患者的疗效确切,能显著改善中医症状,减轻炎症反应,减轻不良发应,有效提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application efficacy of TCM medicine on chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 105 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the TCM group of 53 patients was given the Jianpi Qingjie decoction(健脾清解汤),and 52 cases in the western medicine group were given conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,quality of life score,interleukin 8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The overall effective rate in TCM group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),the score of TCM symptoms in the TCM group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),the quality of life in the TCM group was significantly higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05),the serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions of the TCM group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Jianpi Qingjie decoction is effective on chronic gastritis.It can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM,reduce inflammation,reduce adverse reactions,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
