高压臭氧大自血结合中西康复治疗对脑梗死恢复期患者功能改善作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察高压臭氧大自血疗法联合常规中西医康复治疗(包括药物、针灸、偏瘫肢体综合训练、作业疗法、理疗等)在促进脑梗死恢复期神经功能中的作用。方法:将156名符合纳入标准的患者随机分为研究组和对照组(各78例),两组均给予常规中西医康复治疗,其中研究组同时给予10次(每周2次、每次150 mL)高压臭氧大自血回输治疗,5周后应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果:两组治疗前NIHSS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组NIHSS均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05或<0.01),而研究组NIHSS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧大自血回输联合中西医康复治疗能更好地促进脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,是一种较好的综合康复治疗方案。Objective: To observe the role of high-pressure ozone self-blood therapy combined with conventional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation(including drugs, acupuncture, hemiplegia limb comprehensive training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, etc.) in promoting neurological function in the recovery period of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 156 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(with 58 cases in each group). Both groups were given conventional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation treatment, and the study group was given 10 times at a time(2 times a week, each time) 150 ml high-pressure ozone with self-blood therapy, and changes in neurological deficit score(NIHSS) were compared between the two groups after 5 weeks. Results: There was no significant difference in NIHSS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or <0.01), while the NIHSS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ozone self-blood therapy combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation can better promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction. It is a better comprehensive rehabilitation treatment program.
