摘 要:采用IPC量表、高考复读生心理弹性量表和学习动机量表,对福建省漳州市189名高考复读生进行考查,探讨高考复读生心理控制感与学习动机的关系及作用机制。结果表明:内控性对内生学习动机的路径系数为0.34(P<0.001),积极认知的中介效应量为0.07,95%的置信区间为[0.006,0.079];社会支持的中介效应量为0.11,95%的置信区间为[0.013,0.178];自我调节的中介效应量为0.25,95%的置信区间为[0.053,0.292]。说明高考复读生的内控性可以显著正向预测其内生动机(即挑战性和热衷性)水平;内控性对内生动机的预测作用主要通过心理弹性的积极认知、社会支持和自我调节的中介作用实现。To explore the relationship between the locus of control and learning motivation of returnees from senior high school graduates and its mechanism,189 returnees(92 male,97 female)from Zhangzhou were investigated for their internality,powerful others and chance(IPC).The statistical calculation based on Bootstrap method showed that the path coefficient of internal control to endogenous learning motivation was 0.34(P<0.001)and the mediating effect of positive cognition was 0.07(95%confidence interval was 0.006-0.079);the mediating effect of social support was 0.11(95%confidence interval was 0.013-0.178);the mediating effect of self-regulation was 0.25(95%confidence interval was 0.053-0.292).The results demonstrated that internality of returnees from senior high school graduates significantly predicted the level of endogenous learning motivation,that is,the challenge and enthusiasm.The predictive effect of internality on endogenous learning motivation was mainly achieved through the mediation of positive cognition,social support and self-regulation.
