摘  要:2018年3月30日,日本文部科学省颁布了新修订的高中《学习指导要领》。这是近三十年来日本对高中《学习指导要领》最大幅度的一次修订。根据新《学习指导要领》,日本高中课程的培养目标、结构内容以及教学模式都将发生重大改变,反映出日本高中教育从知识导向到能力导向的更迭。这在新《学习指导要领》设置的“历史综合”科目以及对历史学科的“问题意识”的强调中得到了集中体现。新《学习指导要领》的改变与突破,对“核心素养”指导下的我国基础教育改革具有参考价值。其存在的核心概念分歧,以及由此带来的培养目标难以落实等问题,也发人深思。The Ministry ol Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology(MEXT)in Japan issued the new senior school Curriculum Guideline on March 30,2018.It is the most important revision on the senior schoolCurriculum Guideline in Japan during the recent three decades.According to the new Curriculum Guideline,prolound changes of the educational objectives,structure and content and teaching mode will happen in senior schools in Japan.It sets up a new course“comprehensive history”and emphasizes problem awareness in the education of history,indicating that Japanese senior school education is changing Irom knowledge-oriented to capability-oriented.These changes and breakthroughs in the new Curriculum Guideline have relerence to the basic education relorm under the guidance of the“core oompetency”in China,However,the differences among the core conceptions increase the difficulty to realize the educational objectives.This kind of problem in the new Curriculum Guideline is also thought-provoking.
