摘  要:以内型异莰烷基甲醛与盐酸羟胺反应合成了内型异莰烷基甲醛肟,继而与卤代烃反应又得到5种内型异莰烷基甲醛肟烷基醚衍生物。所有6种化合物的结构通过GC-MS、1HNMR、13CNMR和IR分析方法进行表征。采用菌丝生长速率法,测试了6种化合物对12种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:所有的内型异莰烷基甲醛肟对12种植物病原真菌的生长有很好的抑制作用,所有内型异莰烷基甲醛肟烷基醚类化合物对6种植物病原真菌的生长也具有一定的抑制作用。Endo-isocamphanylformaldehyole oxime was synthesized by the reaction of endo-isocamphanylf-ormaldehyole with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.And then 5 endo-isocamphanylformaldehyole oxime alkyl ether derivatives were obtained by the reaction with halohydrocarbon.Structures of title compounds were confirmed by the metholds of GC-MS、1HNMR、13CNMR and IR.The mycelium growth rate method was used to test the effects of the 6 compounds on 12 plant pathogenic fungi.The results showed that all the endo-isocamphanylformaldehyole oxime had good inhibiting effects on the growth of 12 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi.And all the endo-isocamphanylformaldehyole oxime alkyl ether derivatives had some in hibiting effects on the growth of 6 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi.
