微波消融结合门静脉灌注治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析微波消融结合门静脉灌注治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的疗效。方法选取2018年7月-2019年8月来郑州市第六人民医院治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的患者66例,将两组患者按照住院号尾号奇偶数的方法随机分成两组,研究组和对照组,每组33例。对照组进行常规疗法,应用微波消融单一治疗;研究组在微波消融的基础上加用门静脉灌注治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及患者的满意程度。结果在为患者进行微波消融结合门静脉灌注治疗之后,研究组患者的治疗效果显著提升,明显优于对照组,患者的满意度也大幅提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者应用微波消融结合门静脉灌注的方式治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓可以有效提高治疗效果,提升患者的满意程度,具有实践意义。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of microwave ablation combined with portal vein perfusion in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.Methods 66 patients who came from the sixth people’s hospital of zhengzhou from July 2018 to August 2019 for the treatment of liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus were randomly divided into two groups,the study group and the control group,33 cases in each group according to the method of odd and even numbers at the end of inpatient numbers.The control group was treated with routine therapy and microwave ablation alone,and the study group was treated with portal vein perfusion on the basis of microwave ablation.The therapeutic effect and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results After the treatment of microwave ablation combined with portal vein perfusion,the therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of patients were also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave ablation combined with portal vein perfusion can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the satisfaction of patients with liver cancer complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus.
