摘 要:高速工业缝纫机是包装工程中重要的缝制装备,其振动直接影响包装缝制质量。针对高速工业缝纫机存在的振动问题,分析了其振动机理,设计了振动测试实验,对高速工业缝纫机的机壳和底座工作面板进行了振动测试采样。通过对振动测试实验数据进行时域分析和频域分析,计算了不同的电机转速下高速工业缝纫的峰值频率。对高速工业缝纫机的机壳、机壳与底座进行了模态仿真分析,结果表明当电机的振动峰值频率或倍频处在高速工业缝纫整机的一阶固有频率时,会导致电机与机壳产生共振,加大高速工业缝纫的振动。据此提出了橡胶垫减振和机壳减重两种高速工业缝纫机减振设计方案,通过仿真模拟分析了不同厚度橡胶垫对改善机体固有频率的作用,发现随橡胶厚度的增加机体固有频率随之降低;通过对机壳端部部位进行减重设计,大幅改善高速工业缝纫机机壳固有频率,实现高速工业缝纫机减振。High speed industrial sewing machine is an important sewing equipment in packaging engineering. The vibration of high speed industrial sewing machine directly affects the quality of packaging sewing. Aiming at the vibration problem of high-speed industrial sewing machine, the vibration mechanism of high-speed industrial sewing machine was analyzed, and vibration test experiment was designed, the vibration test sampling was carried out for the shell and base working panel of high-speed industrial sewing machine. The peak frequency of high speed industrial sewing at different motor speeds was calculated by time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of vibration test data. Combined with the modal simulation analysis of the case and the case and the base of the high-speed industrial sewing machine, the results show that when the peak frequency or the double frequency of the vibration of the motor is at the first natural frequency of the high-speed industrial sewing machine, it will cause the resonance between the motor and the case and increase the vibration of the high-speed industrial sewing machine. According to this, two damping design schemes of high-speed industrial sewing machine, rubber pad damping and shell weight reduction, were put forward. The effect of rubber pad with different thickness on improving the natural frequency of the machine body was analyzed through simulation, and it was found that the natural frequency of the machine body decreases with the increase of rubber thickness. Through the weight reduction design of the end part of the housing, the natural frequency of the housing of the high-speed industrial sewing machine was greatly improved, and the vibration reduction of the high-speed industrial sewing machine was realized.
