摘　　要：本随着铁运作业区DHF5B内燃机车180发动机改造成190发动机的全部完成,机车动力有了质的飞跃,但随之而来的困难也让我们且彻夜难眠,对于新的发动机我们了解很少,尤其是运用中紧急故障的判断处理更是没有经验。柴油机烟色、声音异常是柴油机最为常见的故障,在机车运用过程中造成柴油机烟色、声音异常的因素很多,供油系统、燃烧系统、进排气系统等故障都可能导致柴油机出现烟色、声音异常。With the completion of the transformation of DHF5B diesel locomotive 180 engine into 190 engine in the railway operation area,the locomotive power has made a qualitative leap,but the following difficulties also make us sleepless all night,we know little about the new engine,especially the judgment and handling of emergency faults in operation.Diesel engine smoke color and sound abnormality are the most common faults of diesel engine.There are many factors that cause diesel engine smoke color and sound abnormality in the process of locomotive operation.Faults of fuel supply system,combustion system,intake and exhaust system may cause diesel engine smoke color and sound abnormality.
