摘　　要：随着自动洗碗机在中国市场的迅速增长,相应的洗涤剂也得到了迅速发展。由于餐具和饮食习惯具有鲜明的民族和地域特点,自动洗碗机洗涤剂的评估方法和配方需要根据各个国家和地区的特点进行区别化地研究。本文借鉴欧洲自动洗碗机洗涤剂的研究经验,探索如何根据中国消费者的特点建立更加有效的研究方法。Automatic dish washing (ADW) machine market grows quickly in China in last several years.Therefore,the need on ADW detergents is also growing rapidly.Because tableware and eating habits have distinct national and regional characteristics,the evaluation methods and formulas of automatic dishwasher detergents should be studied according to the characteristics of each country and region.The experience of technical performance evaluation on ADW products in Europe has been shared,which is helpful to develop the methods that meet the needs of consumers in China.
