肌内效贴配合手法康复治疗乳腺癌术后放疗后上肢肿胀的研究进展

摘　　要：上肢肿胀是乳腺癌术后放疗后常见的并发症之一,不仅导致患者上肢活动受限,生活能力下降,也会增加其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪.目前临床对于该并发症的处理较为棘手,尚无根治方法,主要治疗方法有非手术疗法及手术疗法.一般情况,临床首先对患者采用非手术的机械物理疗法,效果较差者可采用手术治疗,目前临床多依靠药物或者常规康复方式治疗乳腺癌术后放疗后上肢肿胀,其整体效果不佳.肌内效贴是一种新型技术,可改善患者皮下间隙,促进其血液循环,疗效较好,与常规手法康复联合治疗,可进一步提高治疗效果.本文旨在对乳腺癌术后放疗后上肢肿胀影响因素、肌内效贴配合手法康复治疗效果进行综述,以为临床提供新型治疗思路.Upper limb swelling is one of the common complications after postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer,which not only leads to limited upper limb movement and reduced life ability,but also increases negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.At present,the clinical treatment of this complication is difficult,there is no radical cure,the main treatment methods include non-surgical therapy and surgical therapy.Generally speaking,non-surgical mechanical physiotherapy is used for the first time in clinical practice,and surgical treatment can be used for those with poor efficacy.Currently,the upper limb swelling after postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer is mostly treated with drugs or conventional rehabilitation,and the overall effect is not good.Kinesio is a new technique,which can improve the subcutaneous space of patients and promote their blood circulation,and has a good curative effect.Combined treatment with conventional manipulative rehabilitation can further improve the therapeutic effect.The purpose of this paper is to review the influential factors of upper limb swelling after postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer,as well as the therapeutic effect of Kinesio combined with manipulative rehabilitation therapy,so as to provide a new therapeutic idea for clinical practice.
