摘　　要：通过对常规膨体用直接纱752浸润剂配方进行优化,开发全新的752T产品用于汽车消声器填充体,并对其膨化率和毛羽性能进行对比分析。结果发现,与752型浸润剂相比,752T产品的膨化率更高、毛羽少,满足汽车消声器的设计使用要求。A new direct roving 752T product for automotive muffler filler was developed based on the optimization of sizing formula for conventional bulked roving 752.Expansion rate and fuzziness of 752T were systematically measured and compared with 752.The results showed that 752T had less fuzz and higher expansion rate than 752 and met the design requirements for automobile muffler.
