摘  要:针对目前职业院校工业机器人课程教学现状,通过校企合作方式,开发一款工业机器人集成教学仿真软件,辅助工业机器人课程教学。根据仿真软件系统设计要求,选择.NET环境下Unity开发平台,采用3DMax建造工业机器人实训项目全过程三维模型,按照用户登录、品牌选择、项目选择、任务介绍、场景浏览、交互操作及示教编程等模块结构开发仿真软件。仿真软件经过测试,运行稳定可靠,在职业院校及企业推广应用,提高了课程教学质量,提升了应用价值。Based on the analysis to the current course of industrial robot in the vocational schools,through the method of school-enterprise cooperation,an industrial robot integrated teaching simulation software was developed to assist the course teaching.According to the design requirement of simulation software system,the Unity development platform under the.NET circumstance was choosed,and 3D model for industrial robot whole training project was built by adopting 3DMax.The simulation software was developed according to the module structure of user login,brand selection,project selection,task introduction,scene browse,interactive operation and teaching programming.The testing shows that the software is stable and reliable,it is widely used in vocational colleges and enterprises,which improves the teaching quality and application value.
