摘　　要：以社会学为研究视角,以文献和档案的三次文献研究为手段,通过样本分析,探寻地方民主党派成员的角色塑造与其参政实效性之间的关系。研究发现,民主党派成员参政的实效性与其角色认同正相关,对于成员个体而言,组织的正面引导和塑造显然更为关键。而角色塑造不仅是个体从自发到自觉的选择,更是社会组织不断塑造并赋予其特有职能的过程。From the perspective of sociology,this paper explores the relationship between the role shaping of local members of democratic parties and the effectiveness of their participation in governance by taking three literature studies about local archives as a means through sample analysis.It is found that the effectiveness of the participation of local members of democratic parties in governance is positively related to their role identity.For individual members,the positive guidance and shaping of the organization is obviously more critical.The shaping of roles is not only the individual′s choice from spontaneity to consciousness,but also the process in which social organizations constantly shape and give them unique functions.
