阿替普酶溶栓治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿替普酶溶栓治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征的临床疗效。方法选取内听动脉闭塞综合征患者20例,随机化原则分为溶栓组8例和对照组12例,2组均给予常规基础治疗,溶栓组加用阿替普酶治疗,对照组加用巴曲酶治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效,检测治疗前后电测听、DHI量表评分、Berg量表评分、全血纤维蛋白原、血小板计数水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果溶栓组治疗总有效率75.0%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后电测听、DHI评分、Berg评分均较治疗前有显著改善,溶栓组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者纤维蛋白原、血小板计数水平均较治疗前有显著改善。治疗过程中,均未出现不良反应。结论巴曲酶和阿替普酶治疗均有效,阿替普酶溶栓治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征的临床效果显著,不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of alteplase in thrombolysis for internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome.Methods Twenty patients with internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome were selected and divided into 8 thrombolytic groups and 12 control groups according to the time of onset of the patient and the treatment plan in the acute phase.Both groups were given conventional basic treatment,and altepl was added to the thrombolytic group.Enzyme treatment,the control group was treated with batroxobin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,before and after treatment,electrical audiometry,DHI scale score,Berg scale score,whole fibrinogen,platelet count levels were recorded,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the thrombolytic group was 75.0%,which was higher than that in the control group,66.67%(P<0.05).After treatment,the audiometry,DHI score,and Berg score were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The thrombolysis group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fibrinogen and platelet counts of the two groups were higher than before treatment.There is a significant improvement.During the course of treatment,there were no adverse reactions affecting treatment.Conclusion Both batroxobin and alteplase are effective in treatment.Alteplase thrombolysis has obvious clinical effect on internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome,with few adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
