摘 要:目的探究护士3个层次结构管理模式在产科中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院产科2018年6月—2019年6月间收治的50例患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组实行护士3个层次结构管理模式,对照组采取传统责任护理管理模式,对比两组患者的满意度和护理质量。结果观察组患者满意度(96.00%)和护理质量考核均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士3个层次结构管理模式可以增强护理人员的责任感,确保护理人员在规范的标准下开展护理工作。全面增强产科患者的护理满意度,提高护理的整体质量,属于一种安全性高效的护理管理模式。Objective To explore the clinical application of nurses'three hierarchical management models in obstetrics.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019 fifty patients admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group implemented a three-tier management mode of nurses,and the control group adopted the traditional responsible nursing management mode to compare the satisfaction and quality of care between the two groups of patients.Results Patients in the observation group were significantly higher in satisfaction and quality of care than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-level management model of nurses can enhance the sense of responsibility of nursing staff and ensure that nursing staff carry out nursing work under standardized standards.Comprehensively enhancing the nursing satisfaction of obstetric patients and improving the overall quality of nursing is a safe and efficient nursing management model.
