摘  要:为适应高等职业教育改革发展的要求,结合医学检验技术专业学生生源的变化以及专业特点,在对口升学的学生中实施分级教学模式,在改革中加强顶层设计,解决学生的分类问题,制定统一但不失灵活的人才培养方案,构建相应的课程体系和新的实践教学体系,并注重学生人文素养、职业素质的培养,取得了一定的成效。研究表明,分级教学模式有助于提高学生的自主学习能力,提高学生学生学习的自信心,的专业知识和素养,促进学生更好、更快就业。In order to meet the requirements of the reform and development of higher vocational education,combined with the changes in student resources and professional characteristics of medical laboratory technology majors,a graded teaching model is implemented among counterparts,and top-level design is strengthened in the reform to solve the problem of student classification and formulate a unified but flexible talent training program,the establishment of a corresponding curriculum system and a new practical teaching system,and a focus on the cultivation of student humanities and professional qualities have achieved certain results.Studies have shown that the graded teaching mode helps to improve students'autonomous learning ability,enhance students'self-confidence in learning,professional knowledge and literacy,and promote better and faster employment for students.
