成人牙周炎序列治疗联合正畸治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究成人牙周炎实施序列治疗联合正畸治疗临床疗效。方法选该院2016年4月—2017年4月期间98例牙周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组(49例,实施正畸治疗)、联合组(49例,实施序列治疗联合正畸治疗),比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前PLI(牙菌斑指数)、BI(出血指数)、PD(牙周探诊深度)、CAL(牙周附着丧失)水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组PLI、BI、PD、CAL水平均较常规组低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前VAS评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组VAS评分较常规组低(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗有效率为97.96%,较常规组85.71%高(χ^2=4.900,P=0.027<0.05)。结论在对成人牙周炎治疗中,实施序列治疗联合正畸治疗可提升临床疗效、缓解疼痛感受,效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sequential treatment combined with orthodontic treatment on adult periodontitis. Methods A total of 98 patients with periodontitis from April 2016 to April 2017 in the hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the conventional group(49 cases, orthodontic treatment) and the combined group(49 cases, sequential treatment combined with orthodontic treatment), compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The levels of PLI(plaque index), BI(bleeding index), PD(periodontal exploration depth), and CAL(periodontal attachment loss) in the two groups were similar before treatment,the difference was no statistically significant(P >0.05). The levels of BI, PD, and CAL were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the VAS scores before treatment were similar in the two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);the VAS scores in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the patients in the combined group of the effective rate of treatment was 97.96%, which was higher than the conventional group of 85.71%(χ^2=4.900, P =0.027 <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of adult periodontitis, the implementation of sequential therapy combined with orthodontic treatment can improve clinical efficacy and relieve pain, and the effect is significant.
