摘 要:为分析不同类别的军医大学临床医学专业学员的岗位认知度,针对不同群体学员开展教育教学改革提供依据,以已经构建的岗位素质评价体系为基础自编问卷,调查某军医大学高考入校和部队入校两种类别的临床医学专业学员的岗位认知度。结果显示,在9个二级指标中,两种类别的学员认为最重要的能力素质都是临床医疗服务能力,看法无统计学差异(χ^2=13.268,P=0.103);学员对各项二级指标的认知度均在4.18-4.84之间(满分为5);对各项岗位素质的看法比较中,有5项二级指标、15项三级指标有统计学差异,部队入校的学员对这些素质的重要性评价均高于高考入校的学员。To analyze the position recognition of clinical medicine students in different kinds of military medical universities,and provide preferences for the education and teaching reform for different kinds of military medical students,the two kinds of students(enrolled from high schools and from the army)majoring in clinical medicine in some military medical universities were surveyed on their position recognition with a self-made questionnaire based on the established position quality system.The results showed that among the 9 secondary indicators,both of the two kinds of students thought the most important was clinical medical service ability,and it showed no statistical significance(χ^2=13.268,P=0.103).The position recognition of the secondary indicators of all the students were between 4.18-4.84(the full score being 5).In comparison of the views on the position qualities,it showed statistical significance in 5 secondary indicators and 15 tertiary indicators,and the importance appraisals of students enrolled from the army were all higher than those of students enrolled from high schools.
