摘 要:为了计算轨道主吸车车架的静强度,保证主吸车正常的工作和运行,提出了一种在三维软件中建立车架外表面片体模型的高效率建模方法,并在此基础上完成车架的建模。运用ANSYS WorkBench软件对车架进行结构静强度和刚度的有限元分析并与试验结果对比。结果表明:车架的静强度和刚度均满足设计要求,对于同一测试点其仿真分析的应力值与试验得到的应力值误差均在15%以内,结果一致性较好,所提出的方法也可以为其他类型的车架建模及仿真分析提供参考。To calculate the static strength of the main suction truck frame and ensure normal operation of the main suction truck,an efficient modeling method for the external surface of the truck frame is proposed in the three-dimensional software,and on this basis,the model of the truck frame is completed.The finite element analysis of the static strength and stiffness of the truck frame is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software and compared with the test results.The results show that the static strength and stiffness of the frame meet the design requirements.For the same test point,the errors between the simulated stress and the test stress are less than 15%,and the results are in good agreement.The method proposed in this paper can also provide reference for other types of frame modeling and simulation analysis.
