摘　　要：目的评估运用自制肌瘤螺钻行经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除的效果及价值。方法回顾2017年10月至2019年10月在我院收治的100例子宫肌瘤病例,50例未使用肌瘤螺钻(对照组),50例使用自制肌瘤螺钻(观察组),观察手术完成情况、手术时间、出血量、术中术后并发症、术后住院天数指标进行分析。结果观察组手术成功100%;对照组手术成功96%,2例需要腹腔镜辅助。观察组手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无膀胱、肠管、血管损伤。结论运用自制肌瘤螺钻行经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除手术安全有效。Objective To evaluate the effect and value of transvaginal hysteromyomectomy with fibroid auger.Methods 100 cases with hysteromyoma were analyzed retrospectively,50 cases by unused fibroids auger(control group)and 50 cases by fibroids auger(observation group),the operation completion,operation time,blood loss,intraoperative complications,postoperative hospitalization days were analyzed.Results The operation in the observation group was 100%successful,and 2 cases in the control group(96%)needed laparoscopy.The operative time,blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)and comparable.There were no bladder,intestinal and vascular injuries in both groups.Conclusion It is safe and effective to perform transvaginal myomectomy by spiral drilling of fibroids.
