摘 要:电网停役工作优化问题是考虑任务分配、出发时间节点、行车路径、工作任务次序等多方面要素的带时间窗的车辆路径规划问题。文章以停役阶段停电时户数最小为目标,以停役工作时间窗口、工作任务次序、车辆出发时间等为约束条件,建立停役工作优化数学模型。构建级联编码遗传算法,通过生产实际案例对模型进行求解。结果表明,算法具有较好的收敛性和稳定性,能够得到可靠更优的电网停役工作方案。The optimization problem of power grid outage task is a vehicle path planning problem with time window,which considers many issues such as task allocation,departure time node,driving path,task sequence and so on.In this paper,the total number of outage households is taken as the objective,and the outage working time range,task sequence,vehicle departure time and other constraints are taken as the constraints to establish the outage task optimization mathematical model.The cascade coding genetic algorithm is constructed,and the model is illustrated by the actual production case.The results show that the algorithm has good convergence and stability,and can get a more reliable and better scheme of power grid outage.
