基于“一流学科”建设的高校图书馆文献经费配置策略——以华中师范大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：在“双一流”建设中,一流学科建设是基石和重点。高校图书馆文献经费配置,也要紧密结合学科需求,与学校“双一流”建设方案,学科发展梯队相对接,用数据支持,用事实说话。在以“一流学科”建设为导向的文献经费配置实施过程中,华中师范大学图书馆的践行策略主要有:科学严谨的数据统计与分析、完善的监督体系、规范的资源购置流程和广泛的院系参与经费投入力度。In the construction of“double first-class”,the construction of first-class discipline is the cornerstone and key point.The allocation of literature funds in university libraries should be closely combined with the demand of the subject,and be connected with the construction plan of“double first-class”and the development echelon of the subject.In the process of document funding allocation guided by the construction of first-class disciplineM,the practice strategies of Central China Normal University libraries mainly includes:scientific strict data statistics and analysis,thorough supervising system;normative procedure of resources purchase and strengthening the department participation of funding.
