摘  要:360度绩效反馈考核法一直是国内外企业比较热衷的绩效考核方法,不少企业也因此受益匪浅。然而由于其本身考核评估的复杂性,在实际应用过程中也存在着诸多弊端,致使其优势难以充分显现。随着互联网的发展及移动科技的进步,信息化手段对绩效考核工作的影响也日益显著。本文对企业微信信息化手段应用于360度绩效反馈考核工作中的可行性进行研究,将信息化手段引入绩效考核工作之中,希望能对360度绩效反馈考核工作的实际开展有所启发。The 360 degree feedback assessment method has always been a popular performance assessment method for enterprises.It brings the benefits for enterprises. However, due to the complexity of this method, it also possesses many disadvantages in the practical application process, which makes it difficult to show its advantages. With the development of the Internet and the progress of mobile technology, the impact of informatization measures on the performance appraisal work is becoming more and more significant.This paper studies the feasibility of the 360 degree feedback assessment method by enterprise WeChat and introduces the informatization measures into the performance assessment.I hope to inspire the actual development of the performance for 360 degree feedback assessment.
