摘　　要：颅内动脉瘤(IA)的形成是一个相对复杂而长期的过程,这期间一旦发生破裂引起蛛网膜下腔出血,就会严重危及患者生命。但绝大多数患者患病期间无自觉症状,使其很难被发现,而筛查手段又较为昂贵,难以普及。若能从血液中寻找一种便于检测的生物标志物用来提示IA的发生,对于预防脑卒中具有重要意义。为此本文对血液中可能提示IA形成的潜在标志物进行综述,为疾病的预防与治疗提供一定参考。The formation of intracranial aneurysm(IA)is a long-term process,during which subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by rupture may seriously affect patientlife.Most patients with IA are difficult to notice due to the lack of conscious symptoms.Common screening methods are expensive.It is of great significance to find easy-to-use biomarkers of IA.Early detection and effective intervention of IA can reduce the risk of cerebral apoplexy.This paper reviewed the progress of potential biomarkers of IA.
