摘  要:文章从知识积累视角,阐发了应急管理图书出版在国家应急管理体系建设中的价值与功能;基于国家图书馆馆藏信息,分析了应急管理图书出版的整体趋势和主题结构。从提高应急管理图书学术含量角度,建议引领应急管理技术研发创新;在此基础上,提出应拓宽应急管理图书学科覆盖,加强细分问题领域图书出版;加强应急管理国际图书引进,丰富应急能力建设参照体系;重视应急管理科普图书出版,从加强公众应急科普宣教工作等视角构建提升应急管理图书出版工作的对策建议。From the perspective of knowledge accumulation,this paper expounds the value and function of emergency management book publishing in the construction of national emergency management system.Based on the information collected by national library,it analyzes the overall trend and theme structure of emergency management book publishing.It proposes leading the research and development innovation of emergency management technology to improve the academic content of emergency management book.Then,it goes extra miles to suggest that the publishing industry could broaden the disciplinary fields on emergency management books publishing,strengthen the book publication in the sub-fields of emergency management and the introduction of international books in emergency management to enrich the reference system of emergency capacity-building.Besides,this article also attaches importance to the publication of popular science books in the field of emergency management to improve the book publishing of emergency management from the perspective of strengthening popularization and education of the public about emergency management.
