摘  要:针对传统磁链法计算电机电感中引入了过多的的几何近似,造成计算精度误差较大的问题。本文通过对曳引电机样机的几何模型进行共形变换,使得电机的气隙等效为一个规则几何形状。根据变换中的公式引出复相对磁导率的概念,进而准确分析电机的磁场分布,并与有限元结果对比验证准确性。然后,采用磁链法得到电机转子在不同位置的自感和互感值并进行派克变换得到d-q轴电感。最后,将解析计算结果与实验结果对比,数据吻合度高,证明计算的准确性。Because so many geometric approximations are introduced into the traditional magnetic chain method to calculate the inductance of motor,which leads to the problem of large error of calculation accuracy.In this paper,the conformal transformation of the geometric model of the prototype was carried out,so that the air gap of the motor was equivalent to a regular geometric shape.According to the formula in the transformation,the concept of complex relative permeability was introduced,and then the magnetic field distribution of the motor was analyzed accurately,and the accuracy was verified by comparing with the finite element results.Then,the self-inductance and mutual inductance of the motor rotor in different positions were obtained by magnetic chain method,and the d-q axis inductance was obtained by Parker transformation.Finally,the analytical results were compared with the experimental results,and the coincidence degree of the data is high,which proves the accuracy of the calculation.
