摘 要:提出一套有轨电车的永磁同步电机优化控制策略。在d-q轴电流平面内分析永磁同步电机不同限制曲线之间的关系和电流轨迹变化的情况;以转矩为控制目标,在以MTPA曲线、电流极限圆和电压极限椭圆为边界的区域内根据永磁同步电机转矩特性曲线规划电流轨迹;采用MTPA控制和优化弱磁控制相结合的算法进行控制实现;以青岛超级电容储能式胶轮有轨电车为实验平台对该方法进行了现场试验及长时运行考核,永磁同步电机实际输出转矩能准确地跟踪给定转矩,且MTPA控制和优化弱磁控制能平稳运行及切换,证明了所提方法的有效性和实用性。This paper presented a set of optimal control strategies for permanent magnet synchronous motor for trams.Firstly,the relationship between the different limiting curves and the current trajectory of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed in the d-q axial current plane;Secondly,using torque as the control target,the current trajectory was planned according to the torque characteristic curve of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the region bounded by the MTPA curve,current limit circle and voltage limit ellipse;Third,the control was achieved by using MTPA and optimized flux-weakening control;Finally,on the experimental platform of Qingdao supercapacitor energy storage rubber wheel tram,the control strategy was tested on the spot and the long-term operation was evaluated.The actual output torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor can track the torque command more accurately,and MTPA control and optimized flux-weakening control can run smoothly and switch.These demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
