摘 要:芯盘是转向式矿用机车的重要结构件,其性能直接影响整个矿用机车工作的安全性和稳定性。为提高转向式矿用机车的承载性能,针对某款转向式矿用机车的芯盘结构进行设计,运用ANSYS分析软件建立了芯盘结构有限元仿真模型,在直线运输和曲线通过工况下进行了有限元分析。结果表明,其静强度满足性能设计要求,验证了该新型机车芯盘结构设计的合理性。The core disk is an important structure component of the steering mining locomotive.Its performance directly affects the safety and stability of the whole mining locomotive.In order to improve the load-carrying performance of the steering mining locomotive,the core disk structure of a steering mining locomotive was designed,the finite element simulation model of the core disk structure was established by using ANSYS analysis software,and conducts the finite element analysis under the condition of straightline operation and curve passing.The results show that its static strength meets the performance design requirements,which verify the rationality of the coredisk structure design for the new type locomotive.
