摘  要:掘进机截割机构俯仰油缸铰点位置直接影响着截割机构的整体工作性能和截割机构各铰点的受力大小。以截割机构俯仰油缸铰点位置为研究对象,以液压缸在整个工作过程受力最小为目标,通过建立数学模型和相应的目标函数,针对现有截割机构铰点位置设计的不足,采用粒子群算法(PSO)对目标函数进行求解,最终实现了铰点优化后较优化之前液压缸最大受力减小17.6%、最小受力减小9.3%;固定铰点最大受力减小19.9%、最小受力减小17.9%。The hinges position of the pitching cylinder of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader have a direct impact on the overall working performance of the cutting mechanism and the stress of each hinge point of the cutting mechanism.The hinges position of the pitching cylinder of the cutting mechanism was taken as the research object,and the minimum force of the hydraulic cylinder in the whole working process was taken as the objective.In view of the shortcomings of the design of the hinges position of the existing cutting mechanism,established mathematical model and corresponding objective function and used particle swarm optimization(PSO)to solve the objective function.Finally,the maximum force and the minimum force of the optimized hinges point are reduced by 17.6%and 9.3%re spectivel y,and the maximum force and the minimum force of the fixed hinge point are reduced by19.9%and 17.9%respectively.
