摘 要:以掘进机履带行走机构的支重轮为研究对象,对支重轮在直行和转向2种典型工况下进行有限元静力学分析和疲劳分析,得到支重轮承受最大载荷时的变形、应力分布特征,分析并给出了支重轮承受变化载荷的安全范围,同时对支重轮轮体进行了磨损分析,得到支重轮轮体磨损的影响因素,对比不同材料的支重轮轮体磨损率,为支重轮结构优化和材料的选择提供参考。Taking the supporting wheel of the track walking mechanism of the roadheader as the research object,the static and fatigue analysis of the supporting wheel under the two typical working conditions of straight travel and steering was carried out,and the deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the supporting wheel under the maximum load were obtained,and the safety range of the supporting wheel under the variable load was analyzed and proposed.At the same time,analyzed the wear of the supporting wheel body,obtained the influencing factors of the wear of the supporting wheel body,compared the wear rate of the supporting wheel body of different materials,which provides reference for the optimization of the supporting wheel structure and the selection of materials.
