摘  要:目的观察外路显微手术对Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开后发生的视网膜脱离的治疗效果。方法回顾性病例分析。外路显微手术治疗Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开后发生的视网膜脱离20例(20只眼)。观察和分析视力、眼压、视网膜复位、手术中及手术后发生的并发症等情况。结果随访时间为12个月,一次性视网膜复位18例(90.00%)。未复位的2例中,2例进行了玻璃体切除术后视网膜得以复位。术后最佳矫正视力≥0.5者3例,0.05-0.4者10例,手动-0.05者7例。与术前比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.175,P=0.023)。没有出现严重的手术并发症。结论外路显微手术治疗Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开后发生的视网膜脱离操作有效、安全,值得推广。Objetive To observe efficacy of external-route microsurgery in the treatment of retinal detachment after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy.Methods This is a retrospective case-control study.A total of 20 eyes of 20 cases with retinal detachment after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy were enrolled and underwent external-route microsurgery.The best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,postoperative condition of retina,intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed and analyzed.Results The follow-up time was 12 months.The retina was reattached successfully after once operation in 18 eyes(90.00%).2 eyes received second vitrectomy operations to achieve retinal reattachment.The best corrected visual acuity was≥0.5 in 3 cases,0.05-0.4 in 10 cases and hand motions-0.05 in 7 cases.Compared with preoperative,there was statistical difference(χ~2=3.175,P=0.023).No serious complications occurred.Conclusion External-route microsurgery for the treatment of retinal detachment after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is an effective and safe therapy.
